Welcome to Nestor! These Terms of Service govern your use of the Nestor website, app, Academy, AI Copilot, Paper Trading Simulator, and all related services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Nestor, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Who Can Use Nestor
Nestor is designed for students, beginners, intermediate investors, and everyone interested in learning investing and personal finance. You must be at least 13 years old to use Nestor. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission.
3. Educational Purpose Only
All content, AI guidance, and Paper Trading Simulator features are for educational purposes only. Nestor is not a financial advisor and does not provide personalized investment recommendations. Simulated trading results do not guarantee real-world performance. Never use Nestor information as the basis for real money decisions.
4. User Accounts & Paper Trading
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. All simulated portfolios and trades are fictional and for learning only. We may reset or delete simulator data at any time.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: share accounts, attempt to manipulate the simulator, upload harmful content, or use AI features to generate financial advice for others.
6. Intellectual Property
All lessons, quizzes, AI outputs, and platform design belong to Nestor. You may use them only for your personal educational purposes.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Nestor is provided "as is." We are not liable for any losses (real or simulated) or damages resulting from your use of the platform. This includes any educational or AI-generated content.
